Полномочия президента, членов конгресса, судей Верховного суда Союза Североамериканских Государств (USA), а также назначенных ими служащих и прочих служащих законодательных и исполнительных органов USA закончились 31 декабря 2025 года вследствие их невменяемости и неправоспособности, и доказанной несостоятельности политической системы, наделявшей их служебными полномочиями. Продолжение служебной деятельности на территории, отныне находящейся в юрисдикции Общности Русь, возможно лишь с целью обеспечения объявленного правопорядка.
